Requesting a Room
Requests for rooms at the Ronald McDonald House Charities® of the Carolinas are made through an initial referral made by a social worker where the child is being treated in Greenville, a Medicaid worker, a Nurse, or a Physician.
Your healthcare provider or social worker will submit a request on your behalf. You will work together to complete the necessary form to request a room, and our Staff will reply to the provider promptly.
A request does not guarantee room availability. Because of the large volume of room requests, the Ronald McDonald House Charities® of the Carolinas does not reserve rooms or accept reservations. Once the referral has been made, Ronald McDonald House Charities® of the Carolinas will contact the Hospital at least one day before the scheduled arrival to let you know if a room will be available.
Please contact your provider or social worker to begin the process of requesting a room. We look forward to welcoming your family in Greenville!
