Ronald McDonald House 4th Annual Greenville Roast to Feature Bob Howard

Fundraiser Roasts Past President of Greenville Tech Foundation

GREENVILLE, S.C.  (Feb. 16, 2017) – Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Carolinas is pleased to announce its 4th Annual Greenville Roast honorary Roastee will be Mr. Bob Howard, Past President of Greenville Tech Foundation. The Greenville Roast is the Ronald McDonald House’s annual comedic-fundraiser designed to “roast” community leaders all while raising funds for the House’s mission of keeping families close to their critically injured or sick child. In addition, part of the proceeds will also benefit Greenville Tech Foundation and its mission of ensuring that the college is able to provide a quality college education at modest costs and to reduce financial barriers to higher education.

The Greenville Roast will be held on Thursday, March 16th at the Poinsett Club Downtown. Bob Howard’s friends and colleagues will be on the “Roasting Panel” providing laughs for the entire audience. The Roasters include Marion Crawford, President and CEO of Crawford Strategy, Alan Ethridge, Executive Director of the Metropolitan Arts Council, Butler Mullins, Foundation Manager of Greenville Tech Foundation, and Knox White, Mayor of Greenville. The group of roasters will subject Mr. Howard to good-humor jokes and memories all in support of Ronald McDonald House and Greenville Tech Foundation.

A cocktail hour will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the Poinsett Club with hors d’oeuvres.
