At RMH of the Carolinas, we believe families play a vital role in a child’s healing journey. When a child requires specialized medical treatment, families often face emotional, logistical, and financial challenges that can make an already difficult situation even more overwhelming. Our programs are designed to ease those burdens by providing comfort, support, and a sense of normalcy during times of uncertainty.
Together, our programs remove barriers to care, strengthen family connections, and help ensure that families can focus on what matters most: the health and well-being of their child.
Our Ronald McDonald House in Greenville, SC offers families a welcoming place to stay just moments away from their child’s hospital bedside. We create a community of care where families can rest, recharge, and remain close to the medical care their child needs.
Our Hospitality Cart at Mission Health Children’s Hospital in Asheville, NC brings comfort and support directly to families within the hospital. Volunteers provide complimentary snacks, beverages, toiletries, comfort items, and resources to caregivers who may be spending long hours at their child’s bedside.
By meeting families where they are, the Hospitality Cart offers small moments of relief and reassurance during challenging times.
