Guest Chef Program

Our guest chef program provides comfort to the families of sick children, who often don’t have the ability to prepare a healthy, home-cooked meal after a long day of treatment. Provide the comfort of home through a warm meal made with love for our families.

Families, companies, and community groups are welcome to join in this volunteer experience for everyone.

We ask for our Guest Chefs to bring the ingredients and the heart of a chef, and we’ll provide the rest. For everyone’s safety, all cooks must wear gloves during food prep. Basic cooking knowledge is required unless you have an experienced cook in your group.

  • Hours: Sunday through Saturday 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Shift Length: 2 hours
  • Minimum Age: 8 with parent or guardian, 2 children per 1 adult
  • Limit: 6 chefs per shift
