Families can check in between 1 PM-4 PM and 7 PM-9 PM, however, exceptions can be made upon request. All adult guests are required to have a photo ID present at check in. Upon arrival, all families must check in with guest services. During this process, they will receive a brief introduction, a review of policies and procedures, as well as a tour of the House. Our guest services team will also show the family to their room and provide them a key card. After this orientation, families are welcome to return to the hospital to stay at the House at their leisure.

Parents or legal guardians of any child who are registered with guest services may stay with us. Parents are welcome to bring siblings, but please note that childcare is not provided and children must be supervised at all times. Anyone outside of the immediate family, such as an aunt, uncle, or grandparent, must help to serve as support for the family and be approved by your case worker in addition to RMHC management. To support the ongoing operations of the House, we ask our guests to make a donation of $10 per night, but regardless of their ability to pay, they will always have a place to stay.
