Student Opportunities

Students across the Upstate can make a meaningful difference in the lives of families staying at RMHC of the Carolinas. Whether you’re part of a school club, student organization, sports team, service group, or youth group, there are plenty of ways to get involved and give back in a hands-on, impactful way.

Here are a few great opportunities for student groups:

• Host a Wish List Drive: Collect essential items our families need most.

• Collect Pop Tabs: A small act with a big impact — every tab helps support our mission.

• Guest Chef Program: Prepare and serve a comforting meal to families staying at the House.

• Cookies from the Heart: Bake homemade treats to bring smiles to our guests.

• Teen Leadership Board: Applications for our next cohort will open Spring 2026.

NEW: Sign up for our 2026 Summer Service Summit, a 1 day nonprofit experience that will grow your volunteer and leadership skills! Open to students ages 12-16.
