Future Generation of Nonprofit Leaders

The Teen Leadership Board (TLB) Program is a dynamic program created to empower teens by helping them develop real-world business skills through fundraising and teamwork. Through active participation, teens are given opportunities to build essential leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities that are vital in today’s competitive workforce. This exciting program consists monthly meetings, volunteer shifts, signature fundraisers, and more- allowing every individual to personalize their experience to reflect their own personal goals. Most importantly, the TLB serves to support our mission in a special way, bringing light and hope to families during difficult times, and empowers an initiative of kids helping kids.
